We take great pride in hand-pouring each soy candle with care and attention to detail. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.

ReturnS

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

  • However, if your candle arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moodinfusioncanldes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • ​Once your return or replacement request is approved, we'll either send you a replacement item or issue a credit/refund, depending on the situation.

refunds

  • Refunds are processed once we've reviewed your claim and confirmed eligibility.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect.

  • Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email first so we can guide you through the process.

non-returnable items

  • Used candles or those that have been lit.

  • Sale or promotional items.

  • Custom or personalised orders.

  • Free Shipping for orders over £50.

  • Flat rate for orders under £50 will be charged at £5.
