Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your candle arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moodinfusioncanldes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

​Once your return or replacement request is approved, we'll either send you a replacement item or issue a credit/refund, depending on the situation.
